CPSIA Coverage

As is probably obvious from the lack of attention I’ve given it the last couple of months, I no longer plan to regularly cover updates regarding the impact of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 on crafters.  I link to several reliable sources of information on this topic that will keep you up-to-date, just check out the box in the sidebar titled “CPSIA Info”. I was surprised to see that one of the CPSC commissioners, Anne Northup, mentioned the close of my business, JenLynnDesigns, in her Wall Street Journal Op-Ed dated 12/23/09.  The attention would have been nice had it come before having closed due to the unmanageable CPSIA testing requirements nearly a year ago!
